It's my birthday!

I'm officially a three-year-old now! Rena has posted my picture all over Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter — whatever the heck those things are. She's even making me a special treat for tonight!

Robins & Flutterflies!

I've had an exciting weekend. Yesterday Rena let me romp around on the front lawn. I love doing that, but only get to do it when she's out there with me. I saw some flutterflies! I ran after them. I hopped and jumped and grabbed the flutterflies! I love flutterflies. And then ... a big, fat robin landed on the grass right in front of me. I took off like a lightening bolt! As I got closer, I realized the bird wasn't going to fly away. That freaked me out, so I stopped. Then another robin came close, and the two of them started screeching at me. It was scary. Rena picked me up and moved me closer to the house. Then I chased another flutterfly!

Rena is doing this photo-a-day thing on Instagram. Each day there is a prompt as to what type of photograph to post. Well, the other day the prompt was "from above", so Rena took this picture above of me looking up at her. She says it's gotten over 30 "likes" — whatever that means. It must be something good.

Anyway, it's been a fun weekend. Today I fell asleep with my face down on the tile floor. All this fun has me super, duper tye-derd!

It's been a long time ...

I haven't been able to blog in such a long time. Rena and everyone left me home with Kitty. I thought I was going to freak out. Fortunately, our friend Kathy came over to take care of us. I like Kathy. She kept our food bowls full and our kitty boxes clean — and she played with me too.

I guess everyone went to some place called Disney World. I don't know what that is, but I heard a rumor that it was all started by a mouse. A mouse? If you ask me, it sounds like a nasty place. Neil let me wear his mouse ears the other day, but I wasn't too happy about that. On the bright side, they did bring me home a Donald Duck! I like him. I've been kicking him around a lot.

I'm so glad they're home. They've been home about a week now and I don't think I've stopped purring since. I hope they never leave me again like that — never, ever, ever!
